She believes that client education is a key component to treatment but also crucial for prevention of further injury. She has experience with pediatric, adult and geriatric populations through her work, physiotherapy placements, and volunteering experiences and can speak mandarin and very basic French. She practices what she preaches by taking a holistic approach to her own health and wellness by finding balance through running, music, sport, yoga, song-writing, and meditation.
